These shifts are often dismissed as something you simply have to “put up with,” but they can be a powerful opportunity to reset your health and build a stronger foundation for the years ahead.

My approach looks beyond symptom management alone. I work with women to understand what their body needs during this stage of life, using personalised nutrition, realistic lifestyle strategies, and practical support that fits into everyday life.
