About the Recipe
A deeply satisfying, naturally sweet treat that feels indulgent while quietly nourishing the body. Soft fudge and effortlessly simple to prepare.

Ingredients
4 tbsp Cacao powder
4 tbsp Carob powder
1/2 cup Desiccated coconut
1/2 Sour cherries
1/2 cup Coconut oil/butter
2 cups Almonds
2 cups Walnuts
3 cups Dates
1 tsp Himalayan salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place nuts and desiccated coconut in a food processor and mix until a fine texture is formed.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients and blitz again until well combined.
Step 3
Place and press mixture in a rectangular tray.
Step 4
Let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
These raw brownies are rich in fibre, healthy fats and polyphenols, with carob offering a gentle, caffeine-free alternative to chocolate
