Personal Nutritional Therapy in Cheshire & Manchester

Our bodies are incredible. They keep out the rain, keep in the heat, fight off disease, and support us throughout the day. In spite of this, many of us don’t offer our bodies the nutrition that they need and deserve.

That’s not all; when something isn’t right, our bodies tend to let us know. Persistent bloating, frequent migraines and headaches, constant fatigue and regular flare ups in skin conditions are not symptoms to be ignored. That’s where my Cheshire based nutritional therapy comes in…

Discover a Healthier, Happier You with Nutritional Therapy

As a Nutritional Therapist I thrive on seeing my clients embrace nutritional changes and wholeheartedly improve their life.

"Nutritional therapy is a learning journey."

I don’t simply tell you what to eat and send you on your merry way; I will explain why we make the changes so that you can understand the way in which you are enabling better health and a brighter life.

How Does it Work?

You are unique; your nutritional therapy journey will also be unique, but here is a general overview of what you can expect:

Nutritional Therapy

Step 1

It all starts with a free ‘discovery call’. During this call, you let me know why you want to see a Nutritional Therapist. This may be a specific health condition, to improve general wellbeing, or to prepare for a sporting event, for example.

I will explain a little bit more about what your nutritional therapy may involve and end the call by booking your initial consultation and sending a health questionnaire along with a 7 day food diary – this bit is really important.

Nutritional Therapy

Step 2

We get to meet in person – with a pot of herbal tea if you wish! Your first consultation at my Cheshire base involves:

  • Detailed analysis of your dietary and nutritional intake

  • Detailed health and family case history

  • A strategy for health – linking symptoms to nutritional imbalances and providing support and encouragement to change diet and lifestyle

  • Action Plan – personalised advice for diet and lifestyle changes

  • Supplement Programme – details of any recommended nutritional supplements if required

  • The recommendation of clinical tests if needed, to help ascertain any suspected underlying conditions

Nutritional Therapy

Step 3

We decide on a nutritional therapy schedule that works for you. For some, a one-off advisory session will be plenty to keep them on track with their journey to optimum health, others may require a monthly meet up; for more complex cases a weekly meeting over 12 weeks might be necessary.

Supportive, Compassionate, Present – A Local Nutritional Therapist

Based at my home in Cheshire, my nutritional therapy service is welcoming, encouraging, and thorough. You are not alone in your pursuit to optimum health; at the other end of the phone, an email away, and with nutritional therapy sessions as often as you need, I am here to give support and guidance.

Whilst you won’t need to see a Nutritional Therapist forever, the skills and knowledge that you gain from your nutritional therapy will leave you empowered for the rest of your life.
