Nutritional Therapy Group Sessions

Whether it is a one-off session, 21-day plan or 4-week course. The group can be anything from 5 to 20 people. Engaging with others who are trying to achieve similar goals and learning together can help with making changes and sticking to plans. Sharing challenges always makes things easier and each session becomes a really enjoyable activity.

The session often includes a demonstration, foods or drinks to try, handouts, recipes and some top nutrition tips to take home.

If you are struggling with fatigue, poor sleep, low energy and motivation, need to lose a few pounds or perhaps have digestive issues, joining a group to learn about how to improve and support these issues can work really well.

Awareness is a wonderful thing and sometimes an interactive nutrition talk is just the thing to help people switch on to a healthier way of life.
