  • 2 tablespoons organic raw cacao powder

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste

Dates provide natural sweetness and fibre along with potassium and magnesium. Hazelnuts are rich in healthy monounsaturated fats, vitamin E and B vitamins. Raw cacao powder is a potent source of antioxidants and magnesium, and supports mood via its effect on serotonin production.
