How Does it Work?

It's as Easy as 1,2,3

You are unique; your nutritional therapy journey will also be unique, but here is a general overview of what you can expect:

Step

1

The Discovery Call

It all starts with a free ‘discovery call’. During this call, you let me know why you want to see a Nutritional Therapist. This may be a specific health condition, to improve general wellbeing, or to prepare for a sporting event, for example.

I will explain a little bit more about what your nutritional therapy may involve and end the call by booking your initial consultation and sending a health questionnaire along with a 7 day food diary – this bit is really important.

Choosing Your Programme

We are all individuals requiring different levels of support, so it is really important to choose the right programme for you. This will depend on the level of contact you require to achieve the best outcomes through the recovery process.

Our First Consultation

We get to meet in person – with a pot of herbal tea if you wish! Or via a video call? Your first consultation in my clinic or online involves:

  • Detailed analysis of your dietary and nutritional intake

  • Detailed health and family case history

  • A strategy for health – linking symptoms to nutritional imbalances and providing support and encouragement to change diet and lifestyle

  • Action Plan – personalised advice for diet and lifestyle changes

  • Supplement Programme – details of any recommended nutritional supplements if required

  • The recommendation of clinical tests if needed, to help ascertain any suspected underlying conditions
