Breakfast Energy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ ripe banana

  • 1 cup frozen/ fresh berries

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk/water

  • 1 tsp hemp protein

  • 2 dates (optional for sweeter taste)

  • 1 tsp spirulina powder

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
