Orange Jaffa Balls

Difficulty to prepare: Easy

Servings: 10 - 12 balls


  • 3 cups almonds or almond meal

  • Juice and zest of 1 orange

  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 125g dark chocolate

  • Orange rind


  • Mix all ingredients except the chocolate in a bowl.

  • Knead with hands until you form a dough.

  • Roll into balls and flatten slightly by patting between both palms.

  • Melt the dark chocolate.

  • Coat the bottoms of each ball with the dark chocolate.

  • Place on a plate covered with baking paper.

  • Allow to set in the fridge.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
