Almond Milk

  • 250g almonds (soaked in water for at least 8 hours)

  • 1l water

  • 2-3 pitted dates or 1tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 vanilla bean/1tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch of sea salt/Himalayan pink salt


  • Drain the almonds and add to the blender with the remaining ingredients.

  • The pulp can be strained off with a nut milk bag.
