My name is Susan Fruhman and I am forever fascinated by the power of food. For advocates of nutritional therapy, that fascination is shared and used to educate, empower, and enable millions of people to reach their optimum health. As a Nutritional Therapist based in Cheshire, I want to help you, your family, or your employees on the journey to better health and a full, fantastic life.

One of the wonderful qualities of being human is our individuality. No two people are the same and no two people respond to food in the exact same way. Nutritional therapy recognises this. As a Nutritional Therapist, I take time to create a personalised nutrition plan, rather than adopting a ‘one size fits all’ approach.

More than that, each of my clients is given the care attention they deserve, as often as they need it. For some, that will involve a weekly nutritional therapy session either face-to-face or online; for others, a monthly meet-up makes all the difference.

Working in a small group can be very motivational. Sometimes we want to make changes but don’t have the courage or motivation to do this on our own.

Group sessions will always have a specific theme in mind – learning to be your best healthy self, for example, improving your digestion or aiming to lose a few pounds.
