I'm Susan Fruhman, a Nutritional Therapist, cook, and firm believer that the right food can change everything.

 

Whether you're navigating perimenopause, looking to lose weight sustainably, or simply want more energy, I'll work with you to make changes that actually stick.

 

No deprivation. No drama. Just real food and practical support, one dish at a time.
